How engagements work
- Discovery: a free consultation or a short call.
- Scope: a written list of what is included and excluded.
- Approval: you accept the scope. The final fee is a fixed quote after a free scope review.
- Implementation: we do the agreed work and show it at the checkpoints in the scope.
- Handover: you receive the files, access notes, and the support the scope names.
