Oculeus (Pty) Ltd is the controller and the contracting party. Oculeus Consulting is its service brand. Correspondence and operations address: 22 Kruger Street, Jeppestown, Johannesburg, 2198, South Africa. This is the company’s office in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is not a United States office.

What we collect
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, business email, service interest, a description of the problem, your preferred contact channel, and your time zone. A privacy acknowledgement is required. Marketing email is optional and separate. We do not require a phone number and we do not accept file uploads on this form.
The estimate form asks for your name, email, company, an optional phone number, and a note about the work. It uses the same Web3Forms path. A privacy acknowledgement is required there as well.
If you book a call, Zoho Bookings collects the details that scheduler asks for. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, and pages requested.
Why we collect it
We use inquiry details to reply, prepare a scope, and book a conversation. We use marketing details only if you tick the optional box. We use technical logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. The lawful basis for a cross-border enquiry will be confirmed by counsel before this draft is treated as final. Do not read this page as a completed POPIA or US state privacy analysis.
Hosting and cross-border transfers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The form is submitted to Web3Forms. Calls are booked with Zoho. Those providers may process information outside South Africa and outside the United States. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep inquiry records long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. A specific retention schedule will be added after legal review.
Your requests
You may email consulting@oculeusltd.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion. Which rights apply depends on the law that covers you. This draft does not limit those rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry mail is limited to people who handle inquiries. No method of storage is perfect.
